harveyM: 这几年 AI Coding 盛行之后，给公司面试候选人成了一个比较难的点，刚毕业的学生基本失去了手写代码的能力，并且对一些基础原理也不知道。项目基本都是让 AI 写的，自己就是动动嘴皮子，调试能力也没有，出了问题就是让 AI 解决，而且最近几年收到的简历项目大多是 XXAgent,看着高大上，实际完全没什么用。纯胡编乱造。牛头不对马嘴 我知道 v 站上有不少 AI Coding 疯狂的拥趸者，认为现在这个时代手写代码就是傻 X ，AI 能力无敌强。本人并不反对使用 AI 进行开发，本人开发也使用 AI,但是作为一个十几年开发经验的中老程序员，能给 AI 兜兜底，哪些地方是必须要踩刹车还是知道的。 回到正题，如果所有的候选人都是使用 AI Coding 完成项目，就目前从技术侧的角度上看，我觉得都没什么优势和壁垒。所以已经不会招人了，不知道啥样的开发是所谓可能有潜力的。
